Have extra 9 volt batteries on hand, it’s no fun when your active pickups die on stage or the adapter for your pedal or tuner dies.

Buy a tuner – Use a tuner
Guitarists. Buy a tuner, user a tuner. No exceptions. They are inexpensive and often overlooked. Additionally, never, never, never tune your guitar full volume through your amp. It’s a sound that nobody wants to hear and makes you look like an amateur. Seconds seem like minutes on stage but taking the extra time to insure you are in tune is worth every second.
